1. Terms
By accessing our app, Sex Actions, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Sex Actions. The materials contained in Sex Actions are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Sex Actions per device for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Cake Studio Limited makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
b. Further, Cake Studio Limited does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to Sex Actions.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Cake Studio Limited or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Sex Actions, even if Cake Studio Limited or a Cake Studio Limited authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Cake Studio Limited does not warrant that any of the materials on Sex Actions are accurate, complete or current. Cake Studio Limited may make changes to the materials contained in Sex Actions at any time without notice. However Cake Studio Limited does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Cake Studio Limited has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its app and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Cake Studio Limited of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
7. In-App Purchase
If a trial period is available.
The trial version of the subscription will take effect after the payment is confirmed. The trial period is 3 days. You can cancel your subscription online in the subscription settings of your iTunes account at any time. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period, your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the trial period. Any unused portion of the free trial period, if offered, will be canceled when the user purchases a subscription at full cost, where applicable.
The subscription will automatically renew until it is canceled or suspended. After purchasing a subscription, every month within 24 hours before the due date of payment, you will be charged a payment amount corresponding to the amount to which you agreed at the time of subscription. Payment will be made by the method selected upon subscription.
When you delete the account of the Sex Actions application from the device, the subscription is not canceled and its action does not end. Sex Actions will continue to debit funds with the selected payment method until the moment the subscription is terminated or the subscription is canceled. When canceling or terminating a subscription, you can use the subscription until the end of its period; when the period expires, the subscription is not renewed.
All purchases are not reimbursed. Also, no refunds or coins are provided in case of early cancellation of the subscription. The purchase of virtual items is final and non-refundable.
If the contents of your profile or your behavior in Sex Actions violates our Terms of Service, your access and account may be immediately terminated and all payments lost.
8. Modifications
Cake Studio Limited may revise these terms of service for its app at any time without notice. By using Sex Actions you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Russian and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
